3. Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, but is normally 1 business day.

• US shipping takes 7 business day.

• International shipping times vary.

• Once an order has been scanned by USPS or UPS, C&A Crafts is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

• Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier for missing or damaged shipments.

4. Refund & Return Policy

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate payment or processing error.

5. Route Protection (Optional)

• Customers may add Route Package Protection at checkout for added coverage against loss, theft, or damage.

• If Route Protection is declined, C&A Crafts cannot be held responsible once the order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

• Products purchased from C&A Crafts are for personal use only.

• Unauthorized reselling, repackaging, or relabeling of our products is strictly prohibited.

8. Non-Payment Policy

• Customers who fail to pay their original invoice in full will be required to place a non-refundable deposit before making any future purchases. This deposit will be applied toward their next order but will not be returned under any circumstances.
