Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide through Pirate Ship. International orders may take longer to arrive depending on customs and local carriers. Please allow 2–6 weeks for international deliveries.

Do you offer Route shipping protection?

Yes, at checkout

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, request through our Custom Orders page.

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 14 days, excluding custom orders.

Who is responsible for my package once it leaves C&A Crafts?

Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the postal service, C&A Crafts is no longer responsible for how your package is handled. Please contact your local post office directly if issues arise.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping normally takes 5-7 business days

What if my package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit?

Unfortunately, we cannot control postal service delays, damages, or neglect. For added protection, we recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout, which covers loss, theft, or damage.

Can shipping fees change after I place my order?

All shipping prices shown at checkout are for standard shipping. In rare cases, if your order requires more postage than what was paid at checkout, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. Orders will not ship until the balance is paid.

What happens if I don’t pay the additional postage invoice?

If the additional postage invoice is not paid within the timeframe provided, your order will be canceled and refunded.
